All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments; however, we are happy to accommodate same-day appointments if there is availability
Your first appointment may require additional time so please allow for this in your schedule. We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the consultation form if you have not already done so online.
We are fully insured, so you can be at peace when you come for your appointment.
We love children! However, we request that children not accompany you to your appointment. We want you to enjoy a totally tranquil experience secluded in a private suit
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. This is to minimize last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for an opening.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you do not show up for your appointment without giving any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost.
